Eco-friendly and fully recyclable packaging. Once your candle is delivered, allow for it to reach room temperature before you light it. If the wax is too cold it can affect the burn, resulting in tunnelling. Make sure the first burn is at least 1 hours long, but try to avoid burning it for more than 4 hours at a time. Allow for the wax pool to have melted all the way to the edge, before extinguishing. This will prevent the tunnelling effect. Please trim the wick, this provides an even burn, we suggest keeping the wick at around 10mm (depending on the size of the candle). Ensure there is no dirt or debris sitting on the wax, this can affect the flame and/or cause unnecessary smoke. Keep out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children and animals. Do not leave burning unattended. If on skin, rinse immediately with soapy water - it may cause an allergic skin reaction.
