The Transcend Micro 510 with F&P Evora Nasal Mask Bundle gives you a compact auto-adjusting CPAP machine paired with a nasal mask that’s quick to put on and keeps facial contact low during sleep. The Transcend Micro 510 delivers pressure between 4 and 20 cmH₂O, adjusting automatically through the night based on your breathing. Rather than holding a fixed pressure, it responds to changes across sleep stages and positions to keep your airway open. Humidification runs through the AirMist HME, which captures moisture from your breath and returns it on the inhale, so there's no water chamber to fill or carry. The F&P Evora Nasal uses a headgear design that pulls on over the head in one motion, which simplifies the fitting process compared to most nasal masks that require adjusting multiple straps independently. The cushion sits under the nose rather than over the nasal bridge, reducing contact area on the face and keeping your field of vision open. A floating seal and side stability wings maintain the mask position as you shift during sleep, and the exhaust directs airflow away from a bed partner. Prescription required for CPAP use. If you have a sleep apnea diagnosis from the last 10 years and currently use a CPAP, we can handle the renewal. If you're just getting started, a home sleep test is the first step.
