The PRESIDENT Bill III is programmed with our exclusive "P-Channels," which are 5 pre-configured memory channels set by PRESIDENT allowing targeted communications with other users. The 5 channels use the FM mode, the frequency of an existing CB channel, and a fixed CTCSS/ DCS code allowing targeted communication with other users. The radio also includes a new microphone featuring up/down activation and deactivation. This 12-volt AM/FM unit also offers a unique TOT (Time Out Timer) feature, weather channel with alert, scan and scan skip, noise reduction circuit for RX and TX, an LED display, and much more.
