The TouchPoints for Sleep system is a pair of wearable neurosensory devices designed to help manage two of the most frequent sleep difficulties: taking too long to fall asleep and waking up in the middle of the night. Each device uses bilateral alternating stimulation (BLAST, a form of gentle, alternating vibration) to influence the autonomic nervous system and reduce sympathetic activity associated with alertness.
