By combining essential hardware deletes with advanced tuning, we provide a complete solution to eliminate restrictive factory systems, end chronic failures, and transform your driving experience with improved power, economy, and throttle response. Key Features Eliminates DPF Regeneration Cycles & Oil Dilution – Stops the harmful fuel-in-cylinder events used for regens, which wash down cylinder walls and dramatically dilute engine oil, a major cause of premature engine failure in the 6.4L. Prevents Catastrophic EGR System Failures – The 6.4L's EGR system is a primary failure point. This kit eliminates the risk of cracked EGR coolers, which can leak coolant into the cylinders and cause hydrolock or severe engine damage. Drastically Lowers Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGT) – Removes the restrictive factory DPF, the main source of excessive heat buildup. This reduces critical stress on the fragile factory head gaskets, turbos, and exhaust components. Ends Carbon Fouling of Intake & VGT Turbo – By disabling the EGR, you stop soot and carbon from clogging the intake manifold, intercooler, and fouling the Variable Geometry Turbocharger vanes, restoring power and reliability. Reduces Long-Term Maintenance & Prevents Major Repairs – Avoids inevitable and costly replacements of the DPF, EGR coolers, and damaged turbos. This is the most effective preventative measure against the 6.4L's most expensive failure modes. Selectable Tunes (SOTF) – Quickly switch between multiple power levels with EZ Lynk's intuitive interfaceif selecting the SOTF tune option.
