The Zima Dental Pod is an ultrasonic cleaner designed to keep oral appliances like retainers, aligners, dentures, bite guards, and sleep apnea mouthpieces hygienic and clear. It uses 42 kHz ultrasonic technology, the same method used in professional dental settings, to create microscopic bubbles that lift away plaque, bacteria, and buildup, without any scrubbing or harsh chemicals. Through a process known as cavitation, the Pod sends rapid pressure waves through water inside its 150 ml stainless-steel tank. The collapsing bubbles release energy that loosens debris from small crevices and textured areas. Each cycle runs automatically for five minutes, enough for giving your appliances a clinical-level cleaning that helps prevent discoloration, odor, and material wear over time.
