While some vines are fragile and require a tender hand to grow them, these Malbec vines are the sturdiest and nearly indestructible product of a harsh and unforgiving landscape. The flavor reflects this journey- deep, dark and juicy. Bursting with intense fruit flavors and inflections of oak. We recommend pairing with dark poultry or lean red meats. ABV 14% BINYA STATION SHIRAZ This wine is a vibrant red color with aromas of ripe berry and plum fruit. Long, soft tannins support varietal fruit with notes of vanilla oak and black pepper spice. We suggest pairing with Veal Saltimbocca or Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni. This wine is best consumed within the year. ABV 13.5% IMPERIO TEMPRANILLO 2019 Imperio Tempranillo is a very easy drinking red wine. With a light body and minimal tannins, this is not a bold red (and that is not a bad thing!). Those that appreciate a lighter red wine will love the crystal red color and the forward red fruits on both the nose and palate. The structure is good with delightful notes of plum on the finish. This wine pairs well with pasta and appetizers. TRICOLORE SAUVIGNON BLANC, 2019 PAYS D'OC It's hard to find a more proudly French wine than the Tricolore Sauvignon Blanc - after all, the stunning colors of the French flag proudly fly on the front label. The wine inside is also quintessentially French, showing signature Sauvignon Blanc flavors with generous amounts of crisp gooseberry, citrus and green apple fruit notes on the palate. It is delicately balanced with a wonderfully refreshing and mouthwatering finish. RADFORD DALE VINUM CHENIN BLANC 2018 The gnarled old bush vines that produce this characterful Chenin Blanc are planted in some of the purest granite soils on the foothills of the magnificent Helderberg Mountain in Stellenbosch, South Africa. The vines are mainly grown under dryland conditions, meaning they are not irrigated, and therefore their roots plunge meters into the granite subsoil in search of moisture. The altitude of the vineyards, the steep South-East facing slope and the proximity to False Bay mean that these vines are well exposed and cooled by winds that come off the ocean during the long, hot summer. These factors combine to produce a wonderfully fresh and vivacious expression of what is to us, the Capes greatest grape....
