Always sharing a passion for Champagne, in 1985 they decided to create their own and combined their two last names to form Cottet-Dubreuil Champagne. Now, their daughter Claire manages the winery and continues the tradition of producing incredible Champagne. She grew up in and around the vineyards and made them her passion.
