When adjusting the ring to one of four settings, you feel a soft click at each stop. This haptic perception allows you to feel with your fingers that the filter has reached a different stop. This allows you to adjust the filter without taking your eyes off the camera's view finder. It also eliminates cross-polarization and vignetting, even at 16mm focal lengths. Defender360 - no fingerprints on your glass PolarPro's fog filter comes in a Defender360 case which can also serve as a lens cap.
